With a defined project, we work with Milestones. Milestones ensure that there is never a time where either the customer or the vendor is upside-down. Each milestone is a distinct stop-or-continue point. The milestone includes all deliverables updated to that date, and are invoiced. Both the customer and the vendor are made whole. It is at that time that it is decided if the project should continue to the next milestone. This method minimizes risk, and allows for lower rates, as both the vendor and the customer are whole.
